2. Private SUV, VIP & Yacht Charters
For exclusive private SUV tours, VIP desert camps, and private luxury yacht charters, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance to qualify for a full refund due to custom logistics and boat crew reservations.
3. Weather & Force Majeure
In the rare event of severe sandstorms, heavy rain, or government-mandated weather restrictions, Royal Alain Safari will offer you an immediate choice of:
- Free rescheduling to any date of your preference.
- 100% full money-back refund with zero penalty.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment (Credit Card / Bank Account / Cash) within 3 to 5 business days.
