Terms of Service

1. Agreement Overview

By placing a booking or using the services of Royal Alain Safari ("Company", "We", "Us"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with your reservation.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to seat/vehicle availability and confirmation.
• Upon booking, an official instant voucher with a unique QR code and booking reference is generated.
• Guests must present their digital voucher or printed ticket to the driver/concierge upon pickup.
• Prices listed on Royal Alain Safari are inclusive of applicable UAE taxes and service charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Pickup & Timings

• Guests are requested to be ready in their hotel lobby or designated pickup point 10 minutes prior to scheduled pickup time.
• Pickups are conducted in 4x4 Land Cruisers / luxury vehicles depending on the booked package.
• Traffic conditions or weather events in Dubai/Abu Dhabi may occasionally shift pickup times by up to 20-30 minutes. Our team will notify you live via WhatsApp/Phone.

4. Health & Safety Guidelines

• Dune bashing and quad biking activities involve off-road terrain. Pregnant women, individuals with back/neck conditions, or infants under 3 years are advised to opt for private calm desert drives or gentle camps.
• All passengers must wear seatbelts at all times inside company vehicles.
• Quad biking, dune buggy riding, and camel rides are undertaken at guest's own risk; safety helmets and briefings are provided.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
